This was me before(Above) at 70kg

I lost 6kg from 70kg to 64kg Lost inches on the waist from 35cm to 30cm 

Me Now as of 7th Sep 2008  

As of 7th Sep I weight 64kg. A total of 6kg in 2 month

Still taking the milk shake to get my ideal weight 48kg.
